How to remove Xiaomi/REDMI MIUI 11 2019 ADS

So how do I remove Xiaomi ads? It is a commonplace where users open a built-in application from Xiaomi and of course very disturbing. Usually these ads often appear in native apps like Mi Security, Mi Browser, Mi Music/Video, Mi Download, MIUI Security Scan, Theme Store and many more, usually ads will appear if you are still connected to the Internet connection. 1. Disabling system features (MSA)

Revoking authorization of Xiaomi ads on the MSA system will not affect the performance of your phone, as this app is System-native and will never be found on the home screen.

• Go to your phone settings
• Select the Menu "Password & Securrity" and find "Authorization and Revocation"
• Next cursor down and turn off the MSA feature by clicking the right button on the phone screen.
• Wait a few moments until the "Revoke" button appears, make sure to use the Internet connection to disable the function.

But it doesn't mean that disabling this MSA feature of all ads can disappear 100%, as ads will continue to be tracked by the still-active recommendation feature. Next you have to disable also the "Personalized Ad" feature on the respective Xiaomi phones that you can set in the second step.

2. Turn off ads from the "GetApps" app

Now you are in the "Authorization and Revocation" section make sure you disable the GetApps button as well. This will work to stop all annoying ads and notifications from the MIUI App Store if your phone is connected to a Wi-Fi/cellular Data network.

3. Turn off Ads Tracking

• Go to Settings
• Security & Privacy
• Ad Services
• On the AD Services page, please turn off the option: "Personalized Ad Recommendations"

4. MIUI Security Scan

Here are some security apps from Xiaomi supported Google Play Protect that serve to protect your phone to keep it safe from existing viruses in apps outside of Google Play.

In order for the scan to be not accompanied by the advertisement content please turn off the "Received Recommendations" option which looks like the picture above.

Well now both advertising features are disabled, though you may also still find ads in some of Xiaomi's default applications as I said above. How? You should also disable the recommendation option in all its default apps.

5. Turn off the AD recommendation option in Xiaomi default apps

Open the MIUI Browser application, select settings by tapping on the three vertical lines and then select Settings and Privacy & Security. On this menu, turn off the "Personalized Services & Authorization Revoke" feature. And set the main browser page to Google and select OK only.

Open the MIUI Security app, then go to the "Settings" menu located to the top right of your phone screen. In this option turn off the "Receive Recommendations" feature.

It's easy if you want to disable all the ads in the app provider's apps, how? Tap the profile in the lower-right corner of > > Go to > Settings > Just turn off recommendation options.

Go and open File Manager then go to settings and turn off the "Recomendations" option contained in about the application (about).

If the ad still appears on your Xiaomi phone, do not attempt to clear all data caches in all Xiaomi default applications I mentioned above. However, if it should be done to save your phone's internal memory usage, just do it and then do the same to remove Xiaomi ads. If you want to get a maximum result just use Custom-ROM that has never been simulated ads by the developer.
